You have been a great exotic pet. Although you were only with us for 11 months, every time I walked pass your sleeping face, it makes me smile. You were so sweet, curious, soft and fit :')
It was extremely unfortunate that you passed away, but you will always be remembered! It was a sad moment, but I'm glad I was able to keep you company until you took your last breath. I will miss giving you little massages and rubbing your cheeks, which you loved very much.. :(
Rest In Peace. I love you. We all love you <3
NOO! :(
ReplyDeleteRest in peace Hammy, you will be missed <3
THE EAR INFECTION? WAS IT THE EAR INFECTION? OMFG.......... ),: HAMMY!!! ): ): ):
ReplyDeleteNope it wasn't the ear infection. He got better from that, and his balance was back to normal. Then.. the next day I saw evidence of mange.. Which means he has mites. Next day he passed away and that was when I actually saw them. Hundreds of them, all over his fur, in his ears, nose and mouth.. everywhere.. So it was probably the mites that caused the ear infection in the first place.. maybe they got inside his head.. :( and now Cookie is sick =/
ReplyDeleteGot inside his head? O_______O Oh god... Stupid freaking mites. djskfsajfkl They weren't visible before he died? ): ): and it must've been such a scary site... hundreds of mites. ):
ReplyDeleteYeah.. I didn't see any at all while I was handling him! But once he died they just came out from who knows where.. =(
ReplyDeleteWe should research this to prevent it in the future. :S Were they actually living inside of him? Or maybe they came after he died?
ReplyDeleteI DON'T GET WHY HE GOT MITES IN THE FIRST PLACE! His house was really clean and always full of fresh hay.
That's what makes me so confused :S There was a mouse that died pretty close to his cage, maybe he got it from there.. and whenever I handled him I never saw any mites... The thing is.. where the hell did they all come from?! There was sooo many he was literally covered in it =/
ReplyDeleteI think he died and then the mites went onto him. There's no way you can't see mites if they're on him.
ReplyDeleteGosh, I'm thinking they attacked and drained him over night because they killed their previous host (the other mouse)
